Helping Saddleworth to meet its housing requirements on a site long-established for development.

Build scheduled to start 2021, coinciding with Saddleworth School project, limiting development time in the area.

Project timeline

Following the public consultation, we aim to submit plans later in the Autumn.

We anticipate Oldham Planning Committee will make a decision on the planning application in 2021 after which construction will begin soon after.
